Hypertec 19″ Floor Mount Rack 33RU

The Hypertec 19″ Floor Mount Rack range provides effortless installation of both the cabinet and your valuable equipment without compromising cabinet strength or security. We also offer a wide range of rack and enclosure accessories allowing you to customise your system to suit your data requirements. This accessory range has been designed for maximum flexibility without compromising the security of your valuable equipment or the strength of the enclosure.

Hypertec 19″ Floor Mount Rack Features

• SPCC high quality cold roll steel – approx. 1.5mm thickness for mounting and 1.0mm for other parts
• IP20 Protection grading
• Depth adjustable side rails
• RU positions marked for easy alignment and placement of equipment
• Pre-fitted with earth continuity leads between doors and chassis
• Epoxy polyester powder paint (Manex Black) with textured finish
• Degreasing, and phosphoric acidification to the original metal providing strong bonding between paint and metal
• Improved scratch and scuff resistance
• Optional accessories include L-bracket shelves, lockable drawer and vertical cable management
• Configured with fans, shelves, power board and spare cage nuts
• Solid steel door frame (removable) with a mounted tempered glass panel and hardened glass insets that offer superior performance over other brands that use acrylic
• Door hinged from right (default) or left side
• Perforated front door is available as an optional extra
• Rear bifold perforated doors provide access in limited space ample ventilation
• Fan module with 120mm ceiling cooling fans (located in a demountable metal box and can be adapted to fit 19” rail inside the cabinet)
• Designed for loads of up to 800kg mounted on the 19″ rails
• Heavy duty castors are used (capable of carrying 1000kg combined)
• Baying kit allows floor mounted racks to be joined together to create rack bays
• Removable side panels – easy installation of components (keyed cam locks available as optional accessory)
• Mounting feet can be accessed from inside the cabinet (mounting feet capable of carrying 1000kg combined)
• Supplied with brackets attaching it to a pallet (brackets can be used to prevent tipping when installed)
• Space is provided for mounting cable management accessories
• Shelves extend to the maximum possible depth inside the cabinets

The Hypertec 19″ Floor Mount Rack is supplied with:

1 x frame rack, 1 x 5mm glazed safety glass door, 2 x rear bifold ventilated doors (one with security handle and keyed lock, both with earth continuity cabling door to chassis), 2 x side panels with keyed cam lock, 4 x 19″ mounting rails fitted to side rails, 4 x adjustable levelling feet, 4 x castors on base plate, 2 x fixed shelves, 1 x ceiling fan module (two 120mm fans) in demountable metal box, 1 x pre-installed 6 way power board on horizontal rail, grounding connections on doors and a, set of cage nuts for installation (40 piece).
