Delivery & Shipping Policy

Cables Online is an Australian-based online store supplying cables, IT accessories, and connectivity solutions. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across Australia and selected international locations.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and remote areas, as well as Tasmania and Norfolk Island. International shipping is available to selected countries including New Zealand, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as StarTrack, Couriers Please, and Toll, depending on the delivery location and parcel size.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Standard Cost $13.20* on order  (Australia-wide)
  • Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this value and are calculated at checkout
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for:
    • Bulky or oversized items
    • Remote or regional delivery locations
  • Customers will be notified and must approve any additional freight charges before dispatch

 

Address Requirements

  • A valid street address is required for delivery
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays

 

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card
  • The parcel may be redirected to a local depot for pickup
  • Additional redelivery fees may apply in some cases

 

International Shipping

  • International orders incur separate shipping charges
  • Delivery timeframes and costs vary depending on destination
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment.
