Digital Voltage Tester
The C3031 is an excellent voltage tester with a high safety rating that includes functions such as
phase rotation testing of three-phase four-wire systems. Built to the latest international
standards, the C3031 is suitable for electricians checking voltage on live/dead circuits, checking
phase rotation on 3 phase circuits, and continuity when required. It features an LED voltage
indication and an LCD. If the batteries are flat then the tester will detect voltage between
the tester and the probe and indicate via a warning LED.
