Our heavy-duty range of coated stainless-steel cable ties are ideal for applications requiring a
high loop tensile strength and have over double the capability of our regular duty coated metal
ties. The ties are highly resistant to chemicals, extreme temperatures and corrosive
environments, making them suitable for extended outdoor use.
Where less durable cable ties may fail with extended exposure to challenging weather
conditions, our Premium coated ties continue to perform over time, even under the stress of
continuous salt spray and exposure to UV radiation.
CABAC Premium coated ties are made from hard-wearing 316 grade stainless steel designed to
withstand years of use. The additional epoxy resin coating is halogen free and serves a number
of purposes. As well as contributing to excellent corrosion resistance, it eliminates the
potentially sharp edges on stainless steel ties and instead creates a smooth, rounded surface
that is safer to work with and prevents damage to cables.
