144F LOOSE TUBE CABLE SM 

The MSS underground loose tube cable is designed to be easily pulled into the tight confines of a duct where flexibility and abrasion resistance are required, and can be aerially lashed or directly buried underground.

Loose Tube Cable Features:

  •   Blue nylon jacket over PE sheath
  •   For direct burial underground use
  •   Insect-resistant nylon jacket
  •   Dry blocked core
  •   Moisture restistant

Loose Tube Multi Tube:

Up to 312 optical fibres contained in jelly filled loose tubes (12 fibres/tube). The tubes and fillers are laid up around a central non-metallic strength member, ‘dry’ blocked, taped, and polyethylene sheathed with nylon outer jacket. Options include additional sacrificial sheath. Surface printing includes sequential length marking at 1-metre intervals.
